Smoked Salmon risotto cakes


Using Australian Salmon we smoke in-house to create a delightful risotto cake that can be cooked from frozen. Just pan fry in a little oil until golden brown and you will be greeted with a cake that is crispy on the outside with an amazing oozing centre. Great for breakfast with poached eggs and spinach, or served with roasted capsicum and asparagus and lime aioli for a light meal.
