Gold Band Snapper fillets

Wild caught off the coast of Northern Australia, Gold Band Snapper is a tropical species with white flaky flesh and a delicate juicy flavour. Our fillets are skinless and boneless for ease in preparation. Gold Band Snapper is robust enough for soups and curry, yet delicate enough for steaming. A truly versatile species that’s easy to enjoy regularly.
